The location was convenient for exploring nearby attractions. After a storm caused a power outage, the staff assured me I'd receive a reimbursement. I had to follow up, but eventually, it got resolved. I appreciated that the room was clean and comfortable throughout my stay.

Unprofessional fixes throughout the room!!! Electronic code entry system misfired intermittently!!! No coffee maker in the room and the only soda vending machine lacked refrigeration!!!

I was absolutely charmed by the cozy atmosphere of the lobby, elegantly decorated with fresh flowers. The spacious Deluxe Double Room was a slice of heaven with comfy beds and a well-equipped fridge for our late-night snacks! Plus, enjoying the continental breakfast while soaking in the lovely vibes was the perfect start to my mornings.

I enjoyed my stay with my family, especially the cozy room that had a lovely view and extra blankets. The breakfast options were abundant, with waffles, muffins, and fresh fruit, making each morning delightful. The staff was incredibly supportive, with Amy at the front desk going above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. However, the hotel could benefit from some updating in the bathroom fixtures.

Check-in was smooth with self-entry into the room. The bed was super comfy, and breakfast had decent options, but the coffee was weak (c'mon! ). It was chilly in the room at night, and the fireplace didn’t work, which was a bummer.

It was just a fine choice for an overnight stay in Chadds Ford with best value. The staff made sure I had my coffee ready early, which was great! Be prepared for heavy traffic from 4 pm to 7 pm.
